Civilian is the status non military of people. We are civilian if we are not going to join army, navy or marshal stuff. When you are civilian then what should you do in your day? Should you use anything you like to make your dream come true or should we have big tolerance for people who really like to enjoy their life too? The decision is in our hand what we want to become.

If you have your responsibility in doing great thing then you should do that when you have time because it is still relevant to say that time is money. Without time we can’t do anything better. In civil opinion we are talking about many civilian things including economy and social stuff. When you are talking about civilian and life then you will see many things could be happened to them.

Civil is the largest power which we have in this life in every country especially who uses democracy as the ideology of life. Without such power leader couldn’t have any legitimate in lead people in leader power. When you have civilian power it means you have legitimate for your leadership. In a democracy country a civilian take big part in the governance rule.
